What kind of items do you take?

We take all kinds of both mens and women's items (clothing, accessories, shoes, etc). We also take decor, some children's toys and vintage/unique items.

How do I consign items with you?

We take items by appointment. You can call us to set up an appointment, or click here (future link to attach) to schedule one. 

How much will I get for my items? And when do I get paid?

We participate in a 50/50 split for purchase price on your items. We currently pay out once after the first 60 days. Then again in another 60 days.

How long are my items eligible to be in your store?

We allow items to stay on consignment for up to 120 days. After 120 days we ask that you pick up any items that you do not want to donate. After that point item possession will be forfeited and the item will be donated. There are certain item categories that are not subject to the 120 days as they are more customer specific (formals, designer items, etc). 

How do you price my items?

After an inventory of items is taken, a list will be emailed to you for your approval. We take the time to compare like items that are listed online as well to get you the most competitive price. If you do not approve of a price, you're welcome to make an adjustment, or pick up the item. We do mark items down after 60 days of being on the floor. If you do not want to allow for markdown, please indicate that on your intake form.

Do you list your items that are in the store online?

Yes, our goal is to have all of our in-store items online as well. During seasonal transition times when we have a lot of inventory moving there may be a slight delay so we suggest coming into the store often to see the newest of arrivals.

Do you offer refunds?

All items are final sale.

Do you offer private shopping for those with different needs?

Yes! We love to set up private appointments for those who need a calmer environment to shop. Please reach out to us via call, text or Facebook message to set up a time to shop.

Do you have dressing rooms?

Yes! We have 2 dressing rooms to try on any of the items in our store. We do not allow bags in the dressing rooms.
